Mr. Branscum's experience in civil litigation includes over 20 years of courtroom experience. He focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice related to childbirth and other catastrophic injuries. Mr. Branscum has prepared approximately 100 birth injury cases and tried multiple birth injury cases to successful verdicts. He also focuses a significant portion of his practice to teaching aspects of loss prevention to health care providers.
