Mr. McPhail has over 15 years experience focused in the defense of nursing home liability and medical malpractice litigation as well as other professional liability cases. In the last several years, he has tried to verdict a number of nursing home and other medical liability suits. He has also participated as an instructor for continuing legal education programs on nursing home liability law and trial practice and has conducted seminars on risk management practices in the long term care environment.
