Mr. Rogers practiced law and served as General Counsel of a food manufacturing and marketing company prior to joining the firm as an Associate in 2003, gaining trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases, as well as criminal defense, probate and estate planning, domestic and family law, and property and title litigation. Mr. Rogers' current practice consists of general civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on products liability, oil and gas service companies, and medical negligence.
