Ashlynn Kipp’s practice is focused in general civil litigation with an emphasis in cases involving the defense of health care providers, as well as wrongful death. Ashlynn’s health care defense practice includes representation of long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living centers, hospitals, surgery centers, hospices, pharmacies, physicians, dentists, and other allied health care professionals.

Ashlynn Kipp attended the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law, where she was recognized as a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll. Ashlynn also represented OU Law in various competition teams, including the National Trial Competition and the National Online Moot Court Competition. Further, Ashlynn advanced to the final eight of OU Law’s 1L Moot Court Competition.

During Ashlynn’s tenure at the University of Oklahoma College of law, she was awarded the 1L Distinguished Speaker Award and Henry Kent Anderson Human Service Award.
Ashlynn Kipp is a tribal member of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and a member of the Delta Gamma fraternity.
