Ms. Allen’s practice has been focused in general civil litigation with an emphasis in cases involving the defense of health care providers, as well as litigation involving products liability, premises liability, contract disputes, personal injury and wrongful death. Ms. Allen’s health care defense practice includes representation of long term care and skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living centers, hospitals and surgery centers, hospices, pharmacies, physicians, dentists and other allied health care professionals, as well as professionals in licensure actions, other administrative matters before state agencies, and hospital board actions.
Ms. Allen attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she was on the Dean’s Honor Role and served as Assistant Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. In 2020, Ms. Allen was awarded the Maurice Merrill Golden Quill Award for an article she co-authored in the February 2020 edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal.
