Sean M. Sanders has practiced in the areas of general civil litigation, criminal, family law, medical malpractice and bankruptcy. Sean was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He received his bachelor’s degree from William Woods University, located in Fulton, Missouri. While attending William Woods,
Sean was a scholar athlete as a pitcher on the baseball team. During that time, he received the honor of Academic All-American and was named a member of the Academic All-Conference team. Sean was also a member and treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
After receiving his bachelor's degree in political legal studies in 2012, Sean worked for many years as a roughneck and manufacturers sales representative before pursuing his legal career. Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2021. While attending OCU School of Law,
Sean was a member of the Phi Delta Phi academic legal fraternity as he achieved the dean’s list and faculty honor roll on multiple occasions. Sean graduated cum laude with a certificate in alternative dispute resolution. Sean was the recipient of a CALI award in mediation and continues to be a licensed civil mediator in the state of Oklahoma. Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing softball, and watching football with his friends and family.
Mr. Sanders concentrates his practice in healthcare litigation, with a primary focus on hospital liability, long term care, and medical malpractice defense.
